I highly recommend Mary DeRose. This is the second time I’ve worked with her and I chose her because of my positive first experience. I recently purchased a house in Rockville with Mary as my agent. I started my search in a rather broad area and narrowed it down. Although Mary knew I wouldn’t be happy in some of the areas I initially decided to look in, she was patient with me and showed me what was available. Mary was extremely professional and experienced. . What was particularly impressive was she was so proactive – she alerted us to issues and handled them before they became a problem. I also really liked the photos taken, especially the aerial photos of the house. Even though we were living out of  state she constantly in touch, informing us of the progress of the sale and what was going on. Mary is also a very pleasant person to work with.
